Our graphics team
UF Document Services' staff of graphic artists can work with you on practically any design project. Our team is available to assist you with design and layout to make your project a success. We use the latest software on both Macs and PCs. We can design your project in PageMaker 6.5, Photoshop 7.0, QuarkXpress, PowerPoint, Corel Draw and Illustrator.

Helpful Tips: For photos and graphics
Scan and save all photographs at a resolution of 300 dpi.
Do not send thumbnail-sized photos obtained from the Web as these images cause rough edges when enlarged.
Properly link image and text files in your document.
Include Excel graphs and charts with the other files on your disk.

Fonts
Place all fonts used in your document in a "fonts" folder on your disk.
Proofing
Please proofread carefully.
